This policy explains what information RxCreative ("we", "us") collects when you visit rxcreatives.xyz or fill out one of our forms, including our lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive what you enter. This is usually your name, work email, brand website and when you could launch new ads, plus any other fields that form asks for.
- Booking details. If you book a call, our scheduling tool receives your name, email and the time you pick.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
We don't run advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this site. Please don't send us patient information or any personal health information. We don't need it.
How we use it
- To review your brand and decide whether we're a fit.
- To contact you about your request and schedule a call.
- To provide our services if we work together.
- To keep the site running and secure.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone so they can market to you.
Services we use
We use a few trusted providers to run this site and our business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Netlify: hosts this site and receives website form submissions.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): runs our ads and lead forms. Meta's own privacy policy also applies to information you give through their platforms.
- Google: serves the fonts on this site, and YouTube plays our video if you click play. YouTube may set cookies once the video starts.
- Reclaim.ai: handles call booking.
- Email and document tools: to reply to you and keep track of requests.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're talking or working together, and for as long as we reasonably need it after that for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Reply to any email from us, or reach us through the form on this site, and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
